Our crew will come in and clean up your city lot - 25' X 125' - parcel.
The clean up includes pickup and removal of refuse and debris: cans, bottles, paper goods, clothing, etc.
We send in a two man crew, wearing work clothes and safety apparel. We will pick up and haul away the light refuse and debris. And, we will cut down any grass and small, leafy plants so that you are in compliance with Chicago ordinances.
Cleanup and hauling away of large items like furniture and appliances is available for an additional fee.
If you get a ticket from the City of Chicago for failure to maintain your city lot, the fines start at a base minimum of $625. If a dumpster or Bobcat needs to be brought in by the city to haul off the garbage, the fines can quickly climb to over $3500.
If you hire us to clean up your lot, our price is much more economical.
Maintenance packages of empty lots are available.
